Creating a Reservation from Guest History

The Guest History records allow you to locate information about a guest that has previously stayed at your property and then create a new reservation using the guest’s information already in the system.

1. Click on the Reservations module at the top of the screen.

2.Click on Guest History

3. Search for the Guest History record by entering the guest first and/or last name. (Clicking on the combine checkbox will search for First or Last name).

4.Click on Search and then click on the guest’s name to display his/her Guest History record.

5.Click on New Reservation button at the bottom of the screen. The contact and billing information will already be completed for you.

6.Select the arrival, departure, number of guests, and rate plan. The click Find Room

 

7. Select the room then click Next

8.After you have done this and verified the payment/deposit due, click Book Now and you shall receive a Reservation Confirmation.
