Creating a Reservation using the Guest Profile

When a return guest books another stay with you, you can save yourself some time entering their contact information by entering their name in the FIND GUEST PROFILE box.

Start typing the Guests name and a variety of options may appear.

Select the proper one and the Guests contact information will populate the reservation.

Continue creating the reservation as usual.
