Managing Multi-Room Bookings

Multi Room Bookings gives the feasibility to create multiple reservations under one reservation number. This is helpful when people are travelling in Group




To start a multi-room booking click on the “New Reservation” button on the reservations page.

You will be asked to enter your dates, number of guests in the first room, and rate plan. After you complete that click the “add room” button.

This will add a new line for room 2. You can add as many rooms as needed to the reservation and change their dates, number of guests, and rates as needed.

Once you have entered dates for all rooms, click “Find Room”. Select a room assignment for each room in your multi-room booking.

The Trip Summary will update to show the total room charges and the individual charges for each room.

Click “Next”.
On the guest information page you will first need to select your primary room and enter your primary guest information.

You can then enter in contact information for the guests in each additional room or copy that information from the primary guest.

Continue entering payment information and click “Book Now” when you are done entering reservation information.

Once the reservation has been created you will be able to check in all reservations, check in just one reservation, or add a new room to the multi-room booking.

You can click on the ellipses button next to one of the reservations to access additional options such as cancelling an individual reservation, changing the room or stay dates, or splitting it into a separate reservation.  Please note that the primary reservation cannot be cancelled  or split into a separate reservation without cancelling all rooms associated with the multi-room booking.

When hovering over one of the reservations on the tape chart, trip information will appear for all rooms in the multi-room booking.
