Reservation History Tab

Once a reservation has been created, any changes made within the reservation will create a History Log

To locate the history within a reservation

• Locate the reservation
• Click on the History tab

• Any changes made within the reservation will be noted in the History tab
• The history will provide the following information:
  • a category
  • the day it occurred
  • the time it occurred
  • the user who made the change
  • a brief description of the activity

• You can do a quick search to locate a specific history log by entering a category, user's name or a description of the activity in the Search by Category, User or Description box
