Let's first look to see where this information comes from. At any point during the reservation taking process or anytime thereafter you can add the guest's vehicle information to their reservation. You can add multiple vehicles per reservation.
In the TYPE dropdown you can select from-
- Car
- Motorcycle/Scooter
- RV/Camper
- Truck
- Boat
then from there you can add whatever additional information you require. Click SAVE and that information will now appear on your Vehicle Report.
The Report itself gives you many options to select -
- Date Range
- Reservation Types
- And you can select which type of vehicle to include in the list
Then you can sort the list by a variety of options. Once your criteria is selected,
Click RUN REPORT
The Report will breakdown into three parts-
- The top will list the criteria you selected,
- the middle will give you the Summary total of the vehicles, and
- the bottom will give you the detailed list.
- You are able to click the blue confirmation number to go direct to that specific reservation.
At the very top of the report, you have the option to:
- Download to excel
- download .pdf
- print as .pdf
- SAVE - save the report and its criteria for easy access
- RUN REPORT - get the results of your selected criteria
- Edit - quickly change the criteria of the report
If you Save the particular criteria of this report (Saved Report - Version 2 only), you can later add it to a Batch Report - Version 2 only and email it.
