1. Go to Setup > Airbnb Setup > Click the drop down arrow for the property (to the left of the property name)

2. Please ensure to select "Airbnb Rate" as the Mapped Rate Plan.
This will be locked in once you Publish and Confirm your first listing for the property

3. If the room class you intend to distribute to Airbnb does not show Data Complete, click on the room class name and correct the listing information based on the details provided.

If the room class does show Data Complete, you can check the box to the left of the Room Class Name.

4. When your data is complete and you’ve checked the box, you can either Create a New Listing or Map to an existing listing.

Mapping to an existing listing will only work if there is already a listing in Airbnb for this room class. Don’t worry if there isn’t, because you can create the new listing instead!

5. Click Publish Selected Room Classes at the top right of the page.

6. Click Confirm.

7. At this point, you will see the Is Synchronizing? column shows a green check mark. This will only be green while the initial sync is occurring.

8. Click the refresh button (to the left of Publish Selected Room Classes) after a minute or so to see the new Airbnb Approval Status.

See below for status options:

  • Approved! Your listings are live on Airbnb and ready for booking! If you’d like to see your listings, please click the Listing ID in the Room Class page/Airbnb Setup tab. We have also included a guide for using the Airbnb setup tab in the future, should you want to submit more listings to Airbnb from innRoad.

  • Rejected.  To see why this was rejected, log into your Airbnb account > Click Host > Click Listings > Click innRoad Production Sync > Select Failed to Import. This will display the reason Airbnb rejected the listing. For more assistance on this, please contact Airbnb.
Please make the necessary updates and let us know so that we can resubmit your listings.
