What to Expect from your Airbnb Connection

You are automatically set to "Instant Booking" so reservations will interface automatically
You may still receive "Requests to Book" or "Inquiries"
Any updates to pre-existing Airbnb reservations will not sync to innRoad as they were booked before your connection was established
When your Airbnb reservation interfaces, it will have two folios: Guest Folio and Airbnb Corporate Account Folio
All room charges (minus Airbnb's service fee) will appear in the Airbnb Corporate Account Folio (secondary folio of the reservation)
The guest folio will display any taxes that Airbnb does not collect and can be used for incidentals when the guest arrives
You are responsible for collecting payment for any taxes that Airbnb does not collect

innRoad determines your tax setup based on the Integration Form that you submitted at the beginning of your Airbnb Connection
Policy information does not sync from innRoad to Airbnb except for the Cancellation Policy selected within the Room Class page for your listing on innRoad
When a guest makes a reservation for your property through Airbnb, they pay Airbnb. Airbnb then pays you the room charges less the commissions and the taxes, if applicable. This money will be delivered to your preferred Payout Method 24 hours after the guest checks in.
24 hours after check in, innRoad will automatically transfer the charges FROM the reservation's secondary folio TO the actual Airbnb Corporate Account and a payment will be posted in the Airbnb Corporate Account - this is just a record of the payment Airbnb sends to you
