Airbnb - Booking Lead Time

You can now control the minimum time before guests can make a booking on Airbnb. 

By default, the option is set to No booking lead time. This means that guests can make a same-day booking even up until 11:59 PM of the same day. 

To change this setting and set a set number of days before guests can make a reservation on Airbnb:

1. Log in to innRoad.
2. Open Setup in the top navigation bar.
3. Click Room Classes.
4. Select a Room Class to edit.
5. Scroll down into the Airbnb section:
   
6. The Booking Lead Time option is on the right.
7. Set the preferred cut-off time for bookings. For example, if you'd like to stop same-day bookings at 2 PM:
   
   1. Select the Same day until... option
   2. Select 2 PM in the time picker:
      
      
   3. To save changes, click Publish in the top right corner
