Airbnb Synchronization Category
When connected to Airbnb, each listing has a Synchronization Category. This refers to what information is sent to Airbnb. By default, every Approved listing is automatically set to "Full" sync. At this time, we do not support integrations starting in "Limited" sync.
Full
All details sync from innRoad to Airbnb. This includes:
- Rates
- Rules
- Availability (including blackouts)
- Photos
- Listing Information e.g. descriptions, exceptions, amenities, etc.
You cannot edit any listing details through Airbnb. All changes must be made through innRoad. It is recommended to remain on Full Sync in order to take full advantage of our integration.
Limited
You can switch your listing's synchronization category to be Limited after you have integrated to Airbnb on Full. Important: you cannot start an integration in Limited sync!
Only some details sync from innRoad to Airbnb. This includes:
- Rates
- Rules
- Availability (including blackouts)
This does not include photos or any listing information input on innRoad. If you switch from Full sync to Limited sync, all of the details that were syncing prior to the change will remain on Airbnb's website, but any future changes will not sync. This allows you to make changes to any listing that is in Limited sync on the Airbnb site. Click here for more information on editing listings on Airbnb. Please note, these changes do not apply to Rates, Rules, or Availability. If the listing is in Limited sync, any changes to Rates, Rules, or Availability still must be made through innRoad.
How to Switch between Full and Limited
- Go to Airbnb and log in to your account
- Click Host, then Listing
- Select the checkboxes for the listing(s) you which to switch
- Click 'Edit Selected' in the top right corner
- Select 'Sync Settings'
- Choose between 'Everything' (Full Sync) or 'Just Rates and Availability' (Limited Sync)
