If you are looking to disconnect a particular Airbnb listing so that it is no longer connected to innRoad, you are able to stop the sync. Your Airbnb listing will still be active, but innRoad will no longer have any access to update that listing. This means that you will need to manually update all details for that listing moving forward, including removing it from Airbnb if the unit is no longer available to book.

Any reservations that you received while you were connected will need to be managed manually moving forward. No updates will interface to the innRoad system for pre-existing reservations.

Steps to Stop Sync

1. Go to Airbnb and log in to your account
2. Click Host, then Listing
3. Select the checkboxes for the listing(s) you wish to Stop Synching
4. Click 'Edit Selected'
5. Select 'Sync Settings'
6. Choose 'Disconnect'
