Logging In and Out

You can access innRoad by opening your Internet browser and going to: https://app.innroad.com

You will see the following screen:

To Login

To login you will need to enter the following information which will be provided to you:

Client Code
User ID

If you don't know your password:

1. You can retrieve it by having the system email it to your email address on your account.  To do this, first enter the property Client Code and User ID, then click on 'Forgot your password?' and the system will immediately send out the email.
2. If you do not know your Client Code, please call or email our support team:

• support@innroad.com
• 855-466-7623 (855.INN.ROAD)

Note: Make sure that you change your password when you first login.

Once you have your Client Code, User ID and Password entered correctly, please click the ‘Login’ button.

To Logout

You will see your name under the innCenter logo in the top left corner of the screen throughout all innRoad screens.  Click the small red ‘Power’ icon next to your name to sign out as shown in the example below.

You will automatically be logged off of the system after 20 minutes of inactivity.
