Enabling Pop-ups in Chrome and Firefox

Pop-ups need to be enabled for innRoad to run on your computer. This page will walk you through how to make sure innRoad is included in the list of pop-up exceptions on your browser.

Enabling Pop-ups in Google Chrome 

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More   Settings.
3. Click Advanced.
4. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
5. Click Pop-ups and redirects.
6. Add app.innroad.com to Allowed pop-ups.

Enabling Pop-ups in Mozilla Firefox

1. Click the menu button  and select Preferences.
2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.

• Under the Permissions section, click on Exceptions… opens a dialog box with a list of sites that you want to allow to display pop-ups.
• Add app.innroad.com and training.innroad.com to the list of Allowed websites.
• Save Changes
