- Run an advanced search for Stay Dates: Oct 1, 2019 to Oct 31, 2019
- Export the Detailed Reservation List to Excel by selecting "export data to Excel"
- Insert a new column in the sheet and name it Booking Window
- Formula is arrival date – booked on date
- See the average by highlighting the whole Booking Window column
