Guest Statement Report Description & Purpose -

Guest statement is the invoice which gives details of all charges and payments and is issued to the guests who stay at the property. Generally clients may refer this report as the guests' official "receipt" for their stay.

The report may be pulled directly on a specific reservation and from the reservations home page. 

The 2 options to pull up this report is WITH and WITHOUT tax.

Steps to pull a guest statement: 

  1. Go to Reservations > Reservations> search for the reservation > Click on the report's icon > On the list report pop-up, select the guest statement report you would like > innRoad will automatically create a .PDF document of the report in a separate tab within your browser. 
  2. From the PDF report that was just created, you may print or save the report to your device. 

Report analysis: 

Guest statement is a crystal report with the template below.

Part A: Report Design - Consists of the general contact information of the property in addition to the standard reservation information pulled from the guest's folio such as arrival/departure dates and the reservation number etc..  

Part B: Charges - Consists of different fields in which the guests' folio information regarding charges (pending & posted) is presented.

Part C: Payments - Consists of different fields regarding payments made on a guests' folio containing the date, description, the authorized amount, and the total amount that was captured. 

 

Payment Authorization and information: 

If there is a payment that has been processed on the reservation, payment authorization disclaimer is displayed under the payments section.

In case of no payment processed, payment information is displayed under the payments section.

  • Guests are not required to sign the guest registration card.
  • Contact-less check-in will be coming soon to innRoad!
