Exporting email or mailing addresses

How can I export email or mailing addresses from innRoad?

To get a list with all the mailing info for (1) all your guests, or (2) a certain list of guests, click on Reservations > Advanced Search

In this example, I've selected to view all reservations that have come from Booking.com. You can set more search filters by selecting additional fields from Guest Info or Reservation Info. Once you hit search, you'll see the following screen:

To export this list, click on the button with the square and arrow going through it. You will then see a screen to choose the type of list you want to export:

If you are on Reports V1 you will select Mailing Details - If you are on Reports V2 you will select Contact List

In this example, you will need to select the Mailing Details Report, then click the green Export button and select Export Data To Excel.
- When downloading the data to excel, your computer may ask if you trust the file to open it. Make sure to say yes. This file is coming directly from innRoad so it is safe to open.
- Once you open up the Excel spreadsheet, click on the second sheet
(highlighted at the bottom) and you will see a column with email addresses (highlighted):

In order to send out an email blast using this list, you can Google "Free Email Marketing" to find tools that will help you set up targeted email campaigns
