This report is only available in the Version 2 of our Reports Module. This report will be similar to the Mailing List - Version 1 report in Version 1.

This report will find the guest contact details from the reservations within a selected date range. A new UI and some additional features have been provided to replace the existing 'Mailing List' report.
For this report you have some great options to select.
- Date Range - with some quick selections in the drop down or you can select custom dates,
- Reservation Types,
- Booked on Date Range,
- Opt-In Status,
- Hide duplicate profiles,
- Include additional Guests
Then you can Sort the list by a wide variety of options.
Once you run the report the top of the report will remind you of the criteria you selected for the report as well as give you a Summary View and Detail View.
Given the content of this report it could be very long so at the very top of the report, you have the option to:
- Download to excel
- download .pdf
- print as .pdf
- SAVE - save the report and its criteria for easy access
- RUN REPORT - get the results of your selected criteria
- Edit - quickly change the criteria of the report
If you Save the particular criteria of this report (Saved Report - Version 2 only), you can later add it to a Batch Report - Version 2 only and email it.
