Managing Blackout Dates

To black-out availability for certain distribution channels (including innRoad, Booking Engine, Mobile Booking Engine, OTA's, and GDS), navigate to:

 

  1. Click on Inventory
  2. Click on Rates Grid
  3. Click on Availability tab

To update blackouts for one date at a time:

  1. Click the plus button next to the room you wish to blackout
  2. You will see one row of green dots for each source you are connected to
  3. Click the green dot to black out a specific source for a specific date. The green dot will change to a black square with a B on it

To Blackout Multiple dates/sources at a time:

  1. Click the "Bulk update" button in the top right corner
  2. Select availability
  3. A pop up will appear
  4. Select your dates and days of the week that should be blacked out
  5. Select your room classes
  6. Click either Blackout or Available for each source
  7. Click update

To remove Blackout dates:

  1. Click the "Bulk Update" button
  2. Select your date range and room classes
  3. Select "Available" for the sources you wish to remove blackouts from
  4. Click update
