To take a room out of order, for maintenance or any other reason, follow the steps below:
- Click on Guest Services
- Click on Room Maintenance
- Click on New at the bottom of the page
- Select the dates as you would for a reservation
- The end date will indicate the room will be back in inventory
- Subject- type reason for room being out of order
- Add (optional)- In case you wish to add a note to save additional details about the room(s) being set out of order
- Click on Associate Rooms to add 1 or multiple rooms to set out of order / inventory /service.
- Second window will display to select room(s)
- On Second window you may scroll down to change items per page from 20 to All
- After all room numbers are checked off, click on Select
- Click on Save
Please note rooms that have reservations assigned to them in the selected period will not show up in the list unless the reservations are moved. At the end of the stated period, the room will be available again. You will still be able to receive reservations for the room outside the out of order period.
