Using the innRoad Guest Services module will ensure that an arriving guest’s room is clean and ready upon their arrival, and any special requests the guest has will be attended to in a timely manner.
The innRoad Guest Services module is comprised of three different components: Housekeeping Status, Task List, and Room Maintenance.
Room Status allows you to see which rooms are clean or dirty and update that information, as well as print reports.
The Task List report allows you to view, add, update and print pending tasks for rooms, reservations, zones, or accounts.
Room Maintenance allows you to add and remove rooms from inventory for maintenance or other reasons.
