Vrbo-"Cancelled by Owner” versus “Cancelled by Traveler”

While innRoad doesn't have the concept of “Canceled by Owner” or “Canceled by Traveler,” Vrbo does.  

• Cancelling a reservation using Cancel will result in the cancellation reason “Cancelled by Traveler.”
• Cancelling a reservation using No Show will result in the cancellation reason “Cancelled by Owner.” 

We have been advised by Vrbo that an increased number of “Cancelled by Owner” (No Show) may negatively impact the property's ranking and other performance metrics on the Vrbo site.
