InnRoad Payments Onboarding Form

You will be receiving a separate email from [email protected].    This will have a link to enter your Business and Financial information for your new Payment Gateway.

Tips on filling out this form:

  1. The “Legal Business Name” will automatically populate. IF that is not the Business Name listed for your EIN # - please edit this to match your EIN paperwork.  This is very important and must match – Capitalization and Punctuation matter.

 

  1. “Bank Routing Number and Bank Account Number” - Please double, triple and quadruple check these are complete and correct. Money sent to an incorrect or incomplete account or routing numbers takes time, many emails/phone calls and patience to find and then get directed to the correct place.  *Please contact your bank and make sure this account is set up to have both Credit and Debit Payouts.*  Payouts to your account may be paused until this is set up.

IF YOU ARE USING YOUR SS# INSTEAD OF AN EIN - UNDER BUSINESS TYPE PLEASE SELECT INDIVIDUAL

  1. “Statement Descriptor” – This is what will print on your Guests credit card statement. Please make this as clear and concise as possible to reduce chargebacks.

  1. “Your Information”: This is where you will enter in the information for yourself as a representative of your company. Please note that if you own 25% or more of the company or are an executive there are boxes to check at the end of this section. These will determine what additional company information is needed.  Please use the street address for the property, this information is used to verify it is a real location.

  1. If you are NOT an Executive, you will then be asked for your Executive information. If you are NOT the sole owner, you will then be asked about additional owner details. As you cannot save this form and return to it, you may want to have this information available ahead of time.
  2. Please make note of the photo requirements for uploading your Drivers License.

Please note that innRoad Payments requires your bank account to be set up for both credit and debit processing. Please contact your bank to make sure this is set up accurately so payouts are processed accordingly. 

 

Please let us know when you have completed this form so we can activate your account.  You will be notified by email when it is active and ready to process charges.
