Adding another room class to your Vrbo connection

If you have not yet established a direct connection with Vrbo, please email support@innroad.com to get started. 

If you have already established a direct connection with Vrbo and want to add another room class to the connection, please follow these steps:

• Fill out the channel specific information for the room class
  • Setup module > Room Classes > click into the room class > Channel Specific Information > Vrbo tab > fill in all the information > Publish
  • Here is a video that goes through the process of filling out your room class information
• Go to the Vrbo Setup tab
  • Setup module > Vrbo Setup
  • If your room class information meets all the criteria 1) Click the check box of the unpublished room class you would like to publish 2) Click green button "Publish selected room class"
  • Here’s a quick video on how to use the Vrbo Setup tab
• Send an email to pm-support@vrbo.com or your Vrbo account manager to let them know you have published another room class. 
  • Vrbo will need to take some manual steps on their end to complete the connection for the new room class
