Booking.Com Connection Process

Booking.com has an automated sign-up tool in the extranet that allows your property to request a connection directly to innRoad! Once the request has been submitted, you will need to follow the below steps to ensure the connection is correctly enabled.

 

See how the overall process will work:

  • Select innRoadlog into your Booking.com extranet and click on the Account Tab, and then then Connectivity provider link

Click the Start button to begin the sign-up process.

  1. If you have an existing connection with a previous provider, there will be the option to click a Deactivate button
  2. If you had an existing Booking.com account, please note that your account will remain open and bookable throughout this connection process. You can manually manage your rates and availability in the extranet until you are directly connected to innRoad.

Once you have selected innRoad, choose Full Connection (two-way)

  • Agreement: to complete the connection request, accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions by clicking on Accept. At this time, you will be receiving the Booking.com connection terms & conditions by email.

  • Choose how you want to confirm your connection. Either innRoad can let you know when it is time to activate your connection and you can log into Booking.com, or you can have Booking.com automate the process.

 

  • Provider confirmation: upon your request of connection, you receive a notification email along with the contract – XML Signup Agreement with Booking.pdf. innRoad will receive an email notification with your connection request and will begin the mapping & syncing process.


You can check the status of the request from extranet under the Channel manager link or e-mail support@innroad.com.

  • Confirm: If you chose to manually confirm the connection in step 3, once innRoad confirms your connection request, you will move to step 4 of the process. At this time, you will be asked to give the final confirmation and confirm the connection.

  • Active: the connection is now live. innRoad will send a full re-sync of your rates.
    1. If you are setting up a new Booking.com account, please send a message through your Booking.com Extranet to ask that Booking.com switches your account to Open/Bookable
    2. If you had an existing Booking.com account, your listing is already Open/Bookable unless you requested Booking.com to temporarily close your account during this process.
