Congratulations! innRoad and your Booking.com account are now directly connected. innRoad has synced your Rates, Inventory, and Rules to Booking.com and reservations booked on Booking.com will automatically show up in innRoad.

Please read through the following list which includes changes made in innRoad along with items relevant for proper management of Booking.com rates and inventory.

  1. A new rate plan - “Booking.com Rate" has been created. This rate is derived from Rack (or BAR) at 100% and enables rates to sync to Booking.com. Please continue to manage your Rack rates as usual, however, remember that Booking.com source must be associated to every rate that syncs with Booking.com. Also know that the removal of “Booking.com” source from a rate will NOT make a rate unavailable on the site. This however, can be accomplished by either replacing a rate with another rate or by “Blackout” of the dates via Inventory > Rates Grid > Availability.
  2. Three requirements for your Rack rates to sync successfully to Booking.com and all 3rd party channels are:
    1. Conditional Rate setting must be set to NO
    2. Rates syncing to 3rd party sources cannot be Package Rates
    3. Rates syncing to 3rd party sources cannot have Interval greater than 1
  3. We added a “Run of the House” room class and “Manual Override Rate” in an effort to prevent reservations that fail to interface. These new items will allow a reservation to interface with their association in an event where the original rate or room class were inadvertently made unavailable. For example, a reservation that would have normally failed to interface will now enter with the association to one of the newly built items. Your inventory will stay updated and our team will be notified to make necessary adjustments or inform your property to correct the issue.
  4. The Booking.com reservation id (9 digit id built by Booking.com) will interface with each Booking.com reservation. All preexisting Booking.com reservations must be manually updated with the reservation id to allow updates (i.e., cancellations or modifications due to change of date, room class, contact info, etc.) to take place. In the event that reservation id has not been updated, Booking.com will send the property an e-mail to notify of the event. Once e-mail is received, immediately update the reservation in innRoad.
  5. To create a new room type for Booking.com, you would build these through Expedia Partner Central. Once completed, please notify innRoad so we can update this information
  6. To create a new promotion on Booking.com, either build manually in the Booking.com extranet or contact your Account Manager to request the addition of a new promotion. Once set, please notify innRoad so we can update this information
  7. Please ensure any Rules set up in innRoad intended to sync to Booking.com are associated to the source ‘Booking.com-DC’.
  8. To avoid potential overbooking and/or inventory discrepancy, we recommend turning off the ‘Auto Replenish for Cancellations’ feature in the Booking.com extranet. This can be done by request to your Booking.com Account Manager or directly in the Booking.com extranet.
  9. All inventory, rate, and rules updates are to be made only in innRoad. Changes made directly in the Booking.com extranet will be overridden by rate/inventory/rules updates sent from innRoad management system
