Mobile Access
- Staff members can access and update their tasks on their mobile devices.
- When a cleaning task is completed, the room status is also set to clean.
- Managers and front desk staff will see up-to-date information on task list for all tasks.
- Staff members can also add tasks from their mobile devices to address guest needs or issues with rooms (e.g. broken appliance).
Reports
Printable task list reports are also available:
- All Assignees: prints all tasks based on your selected sort order.
- By Assignee: groups tasks by assignee so you can hand each staff member the list of tasks that have been assigned to them.
