Printable Room Status reports are also available:

• Room Status: Prints all rooms with status.
• Room Status with Tasks: Room Status along with the housekeeping tasks due for that room.

Mobile Access

• Staff members can access and update the room Status from mobile devices.
• Note: If you are using task management to manage cleaning tasks, when a cleaning task is completed, the room status is automatically updated and reflected here, so that managers and front desk staff can see up-to-date information of all rooms.
