You can create multiple alerts and Auto Actions as needed by clicking the " Add another alert" next to the desired alert

For example, you could set up the following " Greater than" Auto Actions:
     - Occupancy is greater than 70% --> Raise rate 10%
     - Occupancy is greater than 80% --> Raise rate 20%
     - Occupancy is greater than 90% --> Raise rate 30%
Or the following " Less than" example, noting that date parameters are required
     - Occupancy is less than 30% within 14 days of the current date --> Lower rates $10
     - Occupancy is less than 20% within 14 days of the current date --> Lower rates $20
     - Occupancy is less than 10% within 14 days of the current date --> Lower rates $30

NOTE!
• Only one Auto Action is ever applied to a rate at any given time
• Rates are always updated from the base rate, not the previous rate
• Auto Actions are applied up to 365 days into the future
• Auto Actions are updated every 20  minutes an updates accordingly in case your occupancy changes
