Every time your Auto Actions trigger according to the occupancy level you set (Greater than X% or Less than X%)
- Your rates will change automatically and will be updated across every channel that you specified
- You will see those changes on your Rates Grid in Inventory --> Overview
On your Rates Grid , the rate changes made by your Auto Actions will appear as a blue ribbon with a blue rate
To view the details of an applied Auto Action, you can
- Click on the date to review the Auto Action details in the sidebar
- Hover over the new rate to view details
By hovering on a manual override, you can see:
- Updated by: who made the rate change
- Updated on: when the rate was changed
- Previous price: what the price was before the change
Additionally, on hover you'll be able to see Stay Rules to the left, if they have been applied
As usual, your Greater than and Less than alerts will also appear as Opportunities (colored circles) at the top of your Rates Grid and in the Alerts listed in your sidebar
