Pay by Reservation

• Click on Reservation you are Not applying payment to
• Click on Folio
• Click on Pay
• On Payment Details window select Payment Method Reservation 

• Reservation search field will display 

• Type name of the guest for the reservation you are transferring the balance to 

• Click on Pay

• Click on Close

• Folio will display as follows 

• Click on Save
• When applying payment to the "Main Reservation" the folio will display as follows:

Advantages of pay by Reservation

If a single guest books multiple reservation but wants to pay the total bill amount just with a single transaction/single card, then he can do so by setting the main reservation as the payment method for rest of the reservations and ultimately just paying the entire amount through a single transaction.
