Credit Card Gateway
United States Clients: Please send both VAR sheet attachments to your current processor and have them fill out one. If your processor asks, innRoad is providing the gateway (only applicable if the property is in the US or has an established US bank account), and the name is Merchant Partners, Version #NSH2.
Credit Card Processing
innRoad uses a gateway to connect the property management system and your credit card processor. That way, you can take payment directly on your website, from within the system itself, and you can run reports on all of your credit card activity. Your processing fees will stay the same, and you will continue to pay them directly to your processor. There is an additional charge per month to use the gateway. Please inquire for more details.
innRoad uses a company called Merchant Partners as a gateway so that your processor and innRoad can connect directly. innRoad can connect to a number of different processors through its gateway.
*Please note that some processors will require you to set up separate accounts for American Express and Discover.
