Consolidating Room Charges to One Folio

When taking payment for multi-room reservations, innRoad will natively take you through each individual room folio so you can charge each room separately with different payment methods.

If the primary guest is paying for all rooms at once with one payment method, we suggest moving the room charges of all the rooms into one main primary folio before taking payment so you don't have to charge the card multiple times.

Here's how to consolidate all room charges into one folio for a multi-room reservation:

• Open the Reservation
• Go to the folio of the reservation
• Click the Edit Folio Icon

• Update the name of the top folio that indicates it's the master folio and where all the charges will be stored
• Click Save

Click Save

Select the folio of which you need to move the room charges to the Main Folio

Click Move

Select target folio (Main Folio)

• Move the charges over
• Close

Print Guest Statement of Main Folio Room

See all all charges have been moved to that folio
