Setting up a per stay discount rate - V2

This kind of offer will need to be created as a Package Rate since it needs to be applied per stay and not per night. More commonly, the discount will be per night. In that case, you'd create a new Derived Rate plan

Here are the steps:

Go to Inventory > Products & Bundles > Add Product 

Add the Product details

Rates Grid > Add Rate Plan

Select Package Rate

Add rate plan name and how you'll be setting up new rates for the packge. 

Add the Product

Select the sources (packages rates do not push to OTAs)

Select the room classes it will be applied to

Add conditions and restrictions

Select the policies that will apply

Enter in your normal rack rates for the rooms (the $20 will come off later)

Complete Changes > Save as active

Create a reservation

Make a reservation on the booking engine:
