- Go to Inventory > Rates Grid
- Add an Interval Rate Plan. Please note that you cannot use rate overrides on an interval rate
- Add the rate plan name and folio display name
- Click Next
- Input the interval length. In this example, the promo is for a 3 night stay, so we'll put 3 nights
- Click Next
- Select which channels you'd like to make the rate available for. Please note that promotional rates do not sync to OTAs. Please contact the OTA directly to set up a promotional rate
- Click Next
- Select which room classes you'd like to offer the promotion for
- Click Next
- If you'd like to add a booking window or make this promotion only available with a Promo code, enter that here
- Click Next
- Select which policies should apply to the rate
- Click Next
- Select the dates you'd like to make this rate available. Please note: interval rates are currently unable to combine two seasons such as a weekday and weekend season. If you proceed to setup the interval rate as such, any reservation that is created with overlapping seasons will be calculated incorrectly or will return an error message
- Enter the season name
- Create Season
- Select a season color
- Input rates (per interval) - this should be the price for all 3 nights
- Click Save
- Select Complete Changes
- Set as active
Create a reservation in innRoad
- See the charges in the folio
Create a reservation through the Booking Engine
