Custom Rate / Special Rate / Manual Override

At times we want to treat our guests differently and we want to give special rates to those guests.

innRoad provides the feature of Manual Override where you can give special rates to special guests without modifying the base rates.

We can create Custom rate either from New Reservations tab or from Tape Chart

Steps to create Manual Override rates:

Custom Rate via New Reservations tab:

• Click on New Reservations tab
• Select Check In and Check Out date, fill Adult/Children. select rate plan Manual Override rate and give nightly rate and search
• 
• Select Room and Book a Reservation
• Reservation will be created with the Custom rate.
•
