Created by Alex Savchuk, Modified on Fri, Mar 15 at 7:13 PM by Alex Savchuk

Here are some short instructions on how to extend your current rates into the future.  In this example we are going to extend our current Rack Rates through 2021.  In this example we will NOT be changing the rates but adding dates to a current Rate Season.

We will also briefly review how to add new Seasons/Rates – but for more detailed instructions please click here or Search https://support.innroad.com/hc/en-us for Creating a New Rate - rates V2

  1. Please navigate to Inventory --- Rates Grid. Use the drop down to select your Base rate which is typically titled Rack Rate or Nightly Rate.  Click the pencil to EDIT the rate.mceclip0.png

  1. Please review your details to be sure you are adding to the correct rate. Ultimately, we will ONLY be editing the calendar.mceclip1.png

  1. Once on the Calendar – Click on the start date and end date you wish to add to the current season.mceclip2.png
  2. If you hover over the existing rate you will be able to see the current rates and most importantly the Name of the existing season.mceclip3.png

  1. Place your cursor in the Edit Season Name box and all your current Season will appear. Select the one you want to add the new dates to, and your Rates have been extended.  This extension will apply to any rates that are Derived off this rate.mceclip4.png

IF YOU DECIDE YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR RATES FOR THE ADDITIONAL DATES   You would type in a new Season Name and add the new rates.  Slide the toggle if your rates vary per number of guests in the room.
