When you creating new rates or rules, seasons are needed to select the date range applicable for these.
If the seasons already exist, please proceed to the new rate or new rule instructions.
Click on Inventory
Click on Seasons
Click Search
Click on New Season
You will name the season as you choose and then if you want different rates for the weekends and the weekdays, you will select Fri & Sat only (in the check boxes under the dates) for the weekends and Sun-Thu for the weekday seasons.
Click on Save
You can create all the seasons beforehand so you don’t have to go back to seasons after each rate set up.
When you are done with this then you can go into the rates or rules section and get started there.
Please note: If you do not have a seasons tab in your inventory module please follow instructions on how to create a rate found here
