By performing an Advanced Search, you can locate an existing reservation.

1. To begin using the advanced search, click the "Advanced" button on the main reservations screen next to the green magnifying glass search button.

2. There are 3 sections that will appear - mceclip1.png

  • Guest Info - You may look up a reservation based on the guest's general contact information and also by any accounts you have made within your system.
  • Guest Reservation Info - You may look up a reservation based on the actual reservation number, status, dates of stay, rate plan, promo code, specific room class/number, and their credit card number.
  • Marketing Info - You may look up a reservation based on the "Source" which includes the booking engine (NBE) and OTA's (if applicable). You may also look up a reservation by "Referral" which may range from a repeat guest all the way to finding your property from your website directly.

Enter the search criteria into the appropriate fields. You may combine any of the criteria from any of the

three sections all at once and still be able to hit "search".

3. Click on the green "Search" button on the right hand side. Results will appear below.mceclip2.png

4. Click on the guest name of any of the reservations in the list to display its specific details.

You may sort the search results by arrival date, room class, arrival and departure date etc.... if preferred.

Please Note -

Entering search criteria into multiple fields will return reservations that satisfy ALL of the criteria.

You are also able to export or print this list of reservations using the Export button.

This is helpful if you'd like a physical copy of your reservations list for any given day.
