Conditional Rate Options

There are several promotional options you can utilize with conditional rates:
 

  1. Promo code rates: Once a Conditional Rate with a promotional code is created it is only searchable with that code. You can use the Reservations Reports to export guest emails from past reservations and then announce the new promotion in an email. Or alternately, include the promo code in the Thank You letter to be sent to a guest upon check out. Promotional Codes can also be used in Booking Engine reservations.
  2. Length of Stay: Here you can select the minimum and maximum length of stay required to get a conditional rate. This will allow you to offer lower rates for longer stays
  3. Advanced Booking: Here you can offer a discounted rate based on when the reservation was booked.
  4. Check in Required: If you notice you are getting less bookings on a certain day of the week, you can offer conditional rates based on the check in date. Simply uncheck any days of the week you wish to be excluded from the promotion.
