Performance Digest & Surge Alert Emails

You can receive two types of email notifications from your Demand Management system:

• Performance Digests
• Surge Alerts

The email addresses that you entered during setup will receive these emails. This is a great way to keep owners or key employees up to date on the property’s performance, all without additional work on your part. The calculations are done for you and presented beautifully in emails that keep everyone in the loop.

Performance Digests

On a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, you will receive Performance Digest emails that summarize how your hotel is performing. Here you will also see green, red, and yellow Opportunity highlights that are similar to your Rates Grid:

Simply click on the calendar date you would like to investigate, and you’ll be taken to that date on the Rates Grid in the innCenter PMS. In innRoad, you can dig into the details and make informed decisions for your property.

Even if you’re walking around the hotel or if you’re off property, you can access email alerts and your Rates Grid on your mobile phone.Never miss an opportunity to drive performance.

Surge Alerts

Reservations can come at any time of day or night. Surge Alerts can help you capitalize on opportunities that might have otherwise been missed.

Like the calendar in the Performance Digest, click on the Stay Date (#3 above) or graph (#4) to navigate to that date in your innCenter PMS and take action from your PC or phone.
