Reports v2: Room Forecast

The Room Forecast Report shows the status of the rooms that have been booked for the date range selected on the report. This report can be pulled for past, present, and future date ranges.

This report cannot be run for 'Multiple' Properties. In the case of multiple properties, a single property needs to be selected, for this report to be run.

Stay on Date Range

The predefined options, along with a custom date picker for this field are -

  • Today,
  • This Week,
  • This Month,
  • Next 7 Days,
  • Next 30 Days,
  • Next 90 Days.

Break Out By

  • Break-out by Room class - Displays the report data for each room class, within the selected date range.
  • Break-out by Market Segment - Displays the report data for each Market Segment, within the selected date range.

Group Rows By

The data in the report can be grouped by –

  • Days,
  • Weeks,
  • Months,
  • Year
Include Performance Metrics

Select this option to include the revenue metrics like Revenue, RevPAR and ADR, on the report output. ('Yes' by default).

Include Group Reservations

Includes data for Group Reservations. ('Yes' by default)

Include Inactive/ Obsolete Rooms

Includes data for Inactive or Obsolete rooms. ('No' by default)

Output

The output of the Room Forecast report has been reformatted and has tooltips to explain all columns.
