Stay on Date Range

An option to select from the predefined ranges or a custom date range -

• Today,
• Next 7 Days,
• Next 14 Days,
• Next 30 Days,
• Next 60 Days,
• Next 90 Days,
• Next 180 Days.

Choose Comparison Dates

Choose 2 comparison dates for which you would like to compare bookings.

For example, you can choose to view bookings for a given stay date, as of today, compared to how many bookings you had for the same stay date, 7 days ago. This allows you to see how many bookings you have added in the past 7 days.

Predefined options across these dropdowns are-

• Today,
• Yesterday,
• Past 7 days,
• Past 14 days,
• Past 30 days,
• Past 60 days.

You can also pick specific dates but the ‘View Bookings as of’ date must always be > the ‘Compared to bookings as of’ date.

Group Rows By

This field has 3 input options, such as -

• Day,
• Week,
• Month.

Advanced Inputs

·        Break-out by Room class - Displays the report data for each room class specifically, under each date within the selected date range.

·        Break-out by Channel - Displays the report data for each channel specifically, under each date within the selected date range.

·     Include performance metrics – Displays the report data for each date within the selected date range, by including the selected performance metrics, such as -

• ADR
• RevPar

Summary View

Displays a summary view of Rooms sold, Occupancy, Revenue, ADR, and RevPAR, upon comparing the same with the two booking dates selected.

Detailed View

Displays a detailed view of Rooms sold, Occupancy, Revenue, ADR, and RevPAR, upon comparing the same for the two booking dates selected.

The “Sort Report By” option on Input Screen can be used to customize sorting.
