Based on the Goals & Notifications you entered, innRoad’s Demand Management system will highlight Opportunities for you on your Rates Grid and in your Performance Digest email.

Rates Grid Highlights

After setting up your goals and alerts in the “Demand Management” tab, navigate to the “Rate Grid” tab to see the Demand Management system at work. You’ll see highlighted Opportunities on your Rates Grid in the form of green, yellow, and red circles:

For each day that matches your alert rules, you’ll see a highlighted Opportunity:

  • A green circle means only positive occupancy alerts for that day
  • A yellow circle means a mix of positive and negative alerts
  • A red circle means only negative occupancy alerts

Demand Management highlights days when you might want to take action to increase occupancy and revenue. Alerts at the right time will ensure critical Opportunities don’t fall through the cracks, helping you make informed decisions to increase your property’s performance.

In addition, you can view the full list of opportunities for the year by clicking the Opportunities button.

Dismissing Opportunities

The Opportunities List can be used like a to-do list. Check each Opportunity and dismiss it when you’re done by clicking “Dismiss” in the Opportunity Detail. This will remove the Opportunity from your Opportunities List:

Once dismissed, the Rates Grid highlight will change from a solid circle to an outlined circle:

You can still access a dismissed opportunity by clicking the outlined circle, and you can even reopen it by clicking the “Reopen opportunity” button in the Opportunity Detail.
