Channels
The “Channels” are used to control where your rates are distributed. It is necessary to always have innRoad checked off to be able to view your rates in your Tape Chart. The “Channels” tab is informational only and changes to it can only be made by the innRoad team.
The town shown indicates the town set in the Property options and if it is not correct, it needs to be edited by innRoad’s team otherwise it can disturb the availability and the connections to third party distributions.
The “Default Status” is the status under which the reservations will be saved in innRoad depending on the source of booking. It can be changed on request by innRoad’s Support Team.
If you would like to connect to a new online source please contact us directly at support@innroad.com or 855-466-7623 x2
Syndication
“Syndication” is used to mark specific room numbers of a room class on the Tape Chart that are Allotted to a certain party or OTA.
Important Note: “Syndication” does not prevent a room from being used, but only serves as a reminder to the user that the room is promised to an OTA/third party and using it could lead to an overbooking.
