innRoad Payment Gateway
Processing a Payment taken through innRoad Payments.
ONE – Open the Reservation.
TWO – You can take payment on the First screen and the Take Payment button or from the Folio Tab and the PAY button.
THREE – The credit card numbers will auto-populate from the Reservation. Depending on the Balance, the amount currently due will populate and the TYPE will either be CAPTURE, AUTHORIZATION or REFUND. These are editable if you are taking a partial payment.
FOUR – Click PAY and you will see the transaction Approved or Declined
FIVE - Either Approved or Declined – Click Close to accept or in the event of Declined – enter a different Payment Method
SIX – If everything looks right Click SAVE
