Create the group rate plan (Setup > List Management > Rate Plan > New Item)
Create the rate > Inventory > Rates > Add new
- Rate Type: Rooms Only
- Source: only associate to innCenter source
Build the group specific policies > Inventory > Policies
Create the Fee ledger account(s) > Setup > Ledger Accounts
Create the fees > Setup > Taxes & Fees
Restrict to only the group rate plan > Save
Create the group block
Associate the group policies to the group account
Pick-up the reservation from innRoad
Pick-up the reservation from the booking engine
Insert the group account number > Go
Select the correct block
Select your room class
