Creating a Group Reservation

Once a Group Block has been created there are two ways for the front desk/reservations team to add reservations to that block.  (How to create Group Blocks - Group Bookings Video)

OPTION ONE - 

The easiest way for your staff to create a Group Booking after the Block has been created is through the GROUP PICKUP button.

Start typing the Group Name

Select the appropriate room based on your callers needs.  Continue creating the Reservation as usual.

OPTION TWO - 

Click into the Group Module

Select the correct group - if it does not appear in the list you may need to update the "From: and To:" boxes

Click NEW RESERVATION on the bottom of the screen

Confirm the proper Group is represented then SELECT the proper dates and click FIND ROOM.  Continue to create the reservations as usual.  Please be VERY AWARE with this method you do need to ENTER THE CORRECT DATES FOR THE GROUP
