Reservations Bounced Emails

Created by Alex Savchuk, Modified on Fri, Mar 15 at 7:13 PM by Alex Savchuk

If an email is sent to a guest from innRoad and it bounces (delivery failed), innRoad will change the reservation email address to innRoadBouncedEmail@innRoad.com

This bounce back can occur for a few different reasons. Here are some examples:

  • The email account Inbox has reached its capacity
  • The email address was typed incorrectly
  • The email address no longer exists
  • The email account has marked no-reply@notifications.innroad.com as spam

If you would like us to further investigate the reason for failure or provide you the original email address, please let us know at support@innroad.com.
