If an email is sent to a guest from innRoad and it bounces (delivery failed), innRoad will change the reservation email address to [email protected].
This bounce back can occur for a few different reasons. Here are some examples:
- The email account Inbox has reached its capacity
- The email address was typed incorrectly
- The email address no longer exists
- The email account has marked [email protected] as spam
If you would like us to further investigate the reason for failure or provide you the original email address, please let us know at [email protected].
