Occupancy

• Vacant – room is empty
• Occupied Stayover:  Room is occupied, and guest is staying for the night of the report date
• Occupied Departing:  Room is occupied but guest is departing on the report date

Current Stay Info

Displays the desired data for the reservation currently in the room

• Day #:  displays the number day of the guest’s stay as, “x of y” (e.g. 3 of 5, when a guest is on their 3^rd day of a 5 day reservation)

Displays the desired data for the arrival due
