Documents can be uploaded to reservations or accounts. This allows you to scan and save a copy of a registration card, an ID, or any other documentation you may need.
Steps to upload a document -
- Open the reservation or account from either the Tape Chart or by searching for the reservation.
- Click the documents tab and click upload
Select the file from your device -
(The system only accepts the following file types - .png, .jpg, .doc, or .pdf files)
- Click upload
- To delete a document simply, check the checkbox to its left and click “delete”.
These uploaded files will always be stored in a specific guests' reservation regardless if they have checked out already.
