Reports v2: Product Sales Report

The Product Sales report allows properties to monitor product and bundle sales performance for a specific timeframe, including quantity sold and total revenue.

Note: This report does not include Rate Plan Packages

Inputs

Transaction Date Range	Select a stay on date range from the predefined ranges (Today, This Week, Month to Date, year to Date, Last Week, Last Month, Last 3 Months, Last Year This Week, Next Week) or pick a custom date range using the date picker.
Exclude Products with Zero Sales	Turn ON, if you only want to include products that have revenue during the specified time range. Turn Off, to include all products in the summary section, even if a given product has zero revenue during the specified time range.
Include Bundles	Specify if you would like to include Product Bundles in the report
Sort	Sort by Transaction Date or Product Name

Output
The summary section displays a row for each product/bundle, including the total quantity and revenue for the specified time period.

The detailed section displays a row for each product purchase and the associated reservation.

Transaction Date	Date the product was purchased for (i.e. Folio date)
Category	Associated Ledger account. “Multiple” is displayed for bundles.
Product	Name of the Product
Quantity	Quantity purchased
Amount	Total revenue for the purchase
Reservation #	The reservation number that the product is associated to
Room #	Room # of the reservation
Ad/Ch	Number of adults and children in the room
Guest Name	Name of the guest in the room
